Respect for copyright

GenZhubX respects intellectual property rights and reviews copyright complaints in good faith.

If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, send a detailed notice so the claim can be reviewed efficiently.

What to include in a notice

A complete notice should generally include the elements commonly associated with a copyright complaint under Section 512(c)(3), including:

  • Your full name, company name if relevant, and contact information
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe is affected
  • The exact GenZhubX URL or URLs where the material appears
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder
  • Your physical or electronic signature

What happens after a complaint

After a sufficiently detailed complaint is received, the page or asset may be reviewed, limited, edited, or removed while the claim is checked.

If more detail is needed, we may respond asking for clarification. Repeated or clearly valid issues may lead to ongoing removal of the material.

Counter-notice basics

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can reply with a detailed explanation and supporting information. Any counter-notice should be complete, accurate, and sent in good faith.
